About the Role:
Castro Residential is looking for a Media Coordinator with an artistic eye and a passion for storytelling through visuals. This is an exciting opportunity to capture the journey of real estate renovations—from raw spaces to beautifully transformed homes. If you love design, construction, and real estate, and enjoy creating engaging content that tells a story, this could be your dream role.

What You’ll Do:

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties throughout various stages of renovation

• Create compelling before-and-after visuals and time-lapse content

• Develop short-form videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

• Organize and archive media assets efficiently

• Collaborate on creative direction for content and brand visuals

• Assist in content planning and scheduling for social platforms

What We’re Looking For:

• A sharp visual eye with a creative and detail-oriented mindset

• Experience with photography, videography, and basic editing (using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.)

• Passion for interior design, construction, and the real estate industry

• Strong communication and storytelling skills

• A self-starter who’s comfortable on-site and able to manage content capture independently

• Bonus: Drone experience, social media savvy, or design background
